Roasting
Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is pleasant to drink. It mellows and becomes an opulent hug to your senses. The cocoa flavors from Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa brings citrus hints to add the balance. The result is a coffee that can be enjoyed on its own or paired with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It also goes well with lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges well.
When brewing this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel with some off the boil water to keep it warm and ready to brew. After brewing, let the coffee steep for four minutes. This ensures that all the grounds have been filled with water and are not being over-extracted. The water should be pushed through by the plunger. Do not stir or stir your coffee 1kg, as this could result in unpleasant odors appearing in your cup.

The hints of cocoa can be traced back to a winter’s day spent on the sofa with an enjoyable book and an embrace from the family. To brew the coffee, first pre heat your French Press with off boil water. This is recommended to stop the coffee from over extracting and forming undesirable elements in the drink. Add your grounds and 250ml of water that has been taken off the boil. Steep for 4 minutes then plunge and enjoy.
