2 in 1 pram pushchair. UPPAbaby Vista v2
The UPPAbaby V2 is the top-rated full size stroller. It is a great choice for families with growing babies, as it can work with a bassinet, infant car seat and toddler seats. The stroller is able to accept a riding board and transform it into an all-in-one stroller.
The padded seats are designed for comfort. The recline can be adjusted to four positions and is simple to use. The foot rest also adjusts to give passengers a more comfortable ride. The canopy is massive and is a huge advantage for parents wanting to protect their kids from the sun. It is rated with SPF 50+ and has a pop-out sun visor, two mesh peek-a-boo windows, and a flap cover.
Another excellent aspect of the UPPAbaby Vista V2 is that its fabric are machine washable. This is important because it can prolong the lifespan of your stroller which means you will get many years of use out of it. It also makes it easier to remove spilled food or juice, as opposed to having to try remove stubborn stains.
UPPAbaby’s new tires are larger and more comfortable than the previous models, which means a smoother ride. They handle rough terrain with ease and minimize vibrations when you’re driving through the city. The brakes are single-action and simple to use, with small pedals that are color-coded and suitable for all types of shoes.
This stroller is the most expensive price in our review, but it is worth the investment if you want an all-around great stroller that lasts for many years. Visit Amazon for more information about the UPPAbaby vista V2.
3. Cybex Gazelle
The Cybex Gazelle is a great choice for parents looking for an infant stroller that can grow with their family. It’s classified as a “modular stroller” or “convertible stroller” It comes with more than 20 different designs for use with different seats, cots and infant car seats (car seat adapters are sold separately).
We love that the Cybex Gazelle is light and easy to move which makes it ideal for parents who love to go out and explore. It comes with a huge storage basket and a range of attachments to help parents carry groceries or light shopping. It is a little bit more expensive than other 2 in 1 stroller car seat in one prams, but it’s well worth the investment because the quality and function are top-of-the-line.
The stroller comes with a single-pull safety harness that makes it simple to secure your child into the seat. It also comes with a sun canopy that can be removed with peek-a-boo and XXL panels. It also has a convenient tray for parents to store drinks, snacks, and phone. The handlebar can be adjusted to match the parents’ height and the brake is easily accessed and safe to operate for children.
Our mom tester Sophie from London used the stroller 2 in 1 car seat with her two girls aged 5 and 10 months. It was easy to maneuver and very smooth on cobbled streets, even if the ground was slick. The large shopping basket as well as ergonomically designed padded footrests made her feel comfortable. She also appreciated that the hood and handlebar fabric were machine washable, something that’s important for parents with busy schedules!
4. Joovy Twin Roo+
A frame stroller that is minimalist The Twin Roo+ offers car seat click-in and a large storage bin. It is among the lightest double strollers available on the market. It weighs 24 pounds without infant car seat attachments, which is a bit lighter for a double stroller. It is a bit heavier than the UPPAbaby Vista v2 Double and the Thule Urban Glide 2 in 1 pram stroller Double.
The Roo+ is simple to use and comes with a handy quick-start guide. It snaps together easily and takes less than 10 minutes to get road-ready. It doesn’t have an enclosed canopy therefore you will need to provide your own sunshades to your children if they require extra protection from the elements.
During our testing during our testing, we found the Roo+ to maneuver well for a stroller that doubles as a stroller. It can navigate most terrains, but has trouble on grassy areas and over gravel. It isn’t easy to steer over and up curbs that are 1 inch high. We wouldn’t recommend taking this stroller off-road or on stairs, however it does provide excellent suspension to reduce bumps for passengers.
Although the Roo+ has a large under-seat storage bin however, it’s hard to access without removing infant car seats. This is a common issue with twin frame strollers. However, Joovy offers a separate baby carrier bag under the seat to assist with this issue.
In contrast to other top-scoring models the Roo+ does not have self-standing folds or cup holders. This is a small sacrifice to make for its car seat compatibility and storage options, but we’d prefer to have more flexibility from our strollers. Its flexibility in seating configuration is a benefit, however, as it allows parents to place their children’s infant car seats facing opposite directions or in the same direction to better suit their needs.
5. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side
Delta Children LX Side by Side scored well in terms of weight and size folded. It’s the best value double umbrella stroller in our review. It also scored highly for maneuverability, which is an important attribute for parents looking for a travel stroller that will fit into tiny spaces. The Delta is a basic model that isn’t equipped with the features that other strollers we tested offer like a large storage basket or a deep recline. It is a great option for families with a limited budget and for those who require a secondary stroller for occasional use, such as going to the zoo for a day.
The LX Side-by-Side is a lightweight and compact stroller. It is simple to turn and push. Its relatively small frame and swivel wheels on the front as well as padded shoulder pads provide the perfect ride for your little ones. The multi-position reclining seats as well as parent cup holders ensure that passengers are comfortable.
It also has large canopy with a European style that offers shade from the sun as well as some protection against light winds. It also comes with two storage bags as well as an all-around harness with five points for security.
The Delta was constructed in less than three minutes, the fastest time of all the test groups. The manual is average and doesn’t require any tools to assemble. It is one of our lighter products and folds flat, making it easy to lift and carry. In our Strollers & Multiples test, we rate the ease and smoothness which each item can be turned and pushed, opened and closed the safety harness, adjusted the brakes, opened and closed the storage basket and even removed and put in the infant car seat.
