It’s a great option if you’re limited in space or have a limited space in your car boot. Our test subjects loved the compact fold, with the frame overlapping and wheels tucking into the frame to save space.

The classic umbrella-style folding stroller is easy to perform with one hand and the foot-operated break is also extremely comfortable. Bugaboo Fox 5,

The Bugaboo Fox 5 premium family stroller is renowned for its smooth stroll and easy maneuverability on any terrain. Its unique suspension system combines an articulated central joint with spring-loaded front wheels that assist in tackling any terrain and provide a comfortable journey for your baby. The extra-large, all-terrain, puncture-proof wheels are designed to help you navigate cobbles, grass, and sand.

This Bugaboo is also designed to be easy to use. It is a single piece self-standing chassis which can be used in conjunction with the bassinet or even the seat (you will require a separate frame to make the carrycot). It is also foldable with only one hand, which means you can fold it while on the move without having to stop to wrestle with clunky levers. Additionally many of the pieces can be washed in the machine, including the seat fabric sun canopy, the seat fabric and bassinet fabric set.

Another thing I love about the Fox 5 is its surprisingly light frame. I can lift the bassinet up into my car boot even with it attached. This is an excellent feature that can save you time and effort. It also eases the strain of carrying an unwieldy buggy.

The Fox 5 is available in different colors and fabrics that will suit any style or preference. It’s also made to grow with your child, as the seat can be adjusted to fit the child at any age thanks to the footrest that can be adjusted and the sun canopy. You can use it up to age four. Your child will be able to ride in comfort.

Baby Jogger City Mini

The City Mini is a full-size stroller that doesn’t make a statement in any way except the fact that it’s light and compact pushchair when folded. It also ranks well in all our categories. However it doesn’t score higher than some of its competitors due to the poor placement of the peek-a-boo and storage that’s a bit restricted.

It is, however, an excellent stroller and one of our top choices for families that require something that will get them through everyday use and even occasional adventures. It has a very wide footrest that is cushioned, which means that the little ones will be able to relax. The seat reclines to a flat position, however we found it a bit tricky to do and took two hands. The adjustable calf supports are a nice feature that allows your child’s feet to flex when they get tired.

Like many of the other strollers on our list The City Mini has a huge canopy that is UV50 and which parents rave about. The sun shade is elegantly constructed and can be pulled all the way down, which is great because it will keep your child safe from sun without having to constantly put it back in the right spot.

Another great feature of the City Mini is that it is able to be converted into double strollers by attaching an accessory kit. This gives you the option of using any Baby Jogger car seat and creating an entire travel system from the start. The only downside is that adding a second seat to the stroller changes its appearance and feel. Some parents may be unable to handle this once they are used to it.

Another option to the City Mini is the City Mini GT Double Stroller. The model is a little more expensive than the single City Mini but it does include additional features, including “forever air” rubber suspension and tyres that make it suitable for off-road excursions. It has an adjustable handlebar, a parking brake that can be operated by hand, and a more user-friendly design than the regular City Mini.
