Best 2 in 1 Pram Stroller

With its leatherette handle and useful additional features The TAVO Next glides smoothly over nearly all types of terrain. It’s not our lightest stroller, however, and it’s a bit more difficult to carry up the stairs than some competitors.

The Cybex Gazelle is a gazelle even when it’s loaded with groceries and up to three kids. The downside is it does not have an additional child seat or a child’s board for families that are growing.

1. TAVO Next

The TAVO Next is a budget-friendly stroller that can fit kids up to 50 pounds. It’s very spacious and the seat reclines and lies flat. It’s also very easy to open and close and has an XXL canopy with venting and peek-a-boo windows. In 2021, Nuna gave the TAVO an updated harness with Magnetech Secure Snap, which makes it easy and secure to fasten with just one hand.

While the TAVO is a great option for parents looking to save money, it’s not the ideal choice when you’re looking to use a bassinet or an reversible seat. It can only be used in one way and isn’t able to allow for a car seat or other accessories such as the bassinet stand and cup holder, rain cover or a tray for snacks for children. The MIXX Next is the better alternative for those looking for more space because it can accommodate these accessories.

The TAVO comes with an inbuilt suspension system called Free-flex, which lets you travel far or near and even transport your child from the car to the curb. The spacious, luxurious seat lets baby relax and drift off into a world of dreams. Parents can also enjoy the small fold-away axle as well as MagneTech Secure Snap.

The TAVO is incredibly simple to fold and is upright in folded position which makes it ideal for small areas like closets, garages or trunks. It’s also easy to maneuver and has a handy storage basket and flip-flop-friendly brakes. It can also be connected directly to the extremely secure Nuna PIPA series car seats by a single click, there are no adapters needed to create a sleek travel system.

2 in 1 pushchairs. UPPAbaby Vista v2

The UPPAbaby V2 is the top-rated full-size stroller. It is a great option for families with growing children as it can be used with a bassinet, toddler car seat or infant seats. It is also able to take riding boards, which turns it into triple strollers.

The seats that are padded in this stroller are well-designed to provide comfort. The recline can be adjusted to four positions and is simple to use. The foot rest can also be adjusted to make the ride more comfortable for the passengers. The canopy is huge and is a major advantage for parents wanting to protect their kids from the sun. It’s SPF 50+-rated and has a pop-out-visor, two mesh windows that peek out, and an adjustable flap cover.

Another excellent aspect of the UPPAbaby Vista V2 is that the fabrics are machine washable. This is important as it will help extend the life of your buggy to ensure that you can use it for a long time. It also makes it easier to remove spilled juice or food, as opposed to having to try get rid of the stains that are difficult to remove.

The new tires of UPPAbaby are larger and more comfortable than the previous models, resulting in more comfortable riding. They can take on rough terrain easily and minimize the impact of vibrations when driving through the city. The brakes are single-action and easy to use, with small pedals that are color-coded and friendly for any type of footwear.

This stroller is among the most expensive in our review. But, it’s worth the investment if you’re looking for a stroller which will last many years. Check out the UPPAbaby Vista V2 on Amazon for more information.

3. Cybex Gazelle

The Cybex Gazelle is a great choice for parents who want a stroller to grow with their family. It’s classified as a “modular stroller” or “convertible stroller” It comes with more than 20 different configurations for use with different seats, cots, and infant car seats (car adapters for seats are available separately).

The Cybex Gazelle is lightweight and easy to maneuver which makes it perfect for parents who enjoy exploring. It also has a huge storage basket under it and plenty of attachments to allow parents to take their light shopping or groceries with them. It’s a bit more expensive than some other two-in-one prams but it’s worth the cost as the quality and performance of this model is top-notch.

This stroller comes with a one-pull safety harness that makes it simple to secure your child into the seat. It also has a sun canopy that can be removed with peek-a-boo and XXL panels. It also has a tray for parents to store snacks, drinks and phones. The telescopic handlebar adjusts to accommodate the height of parents and the brake is easily accessible, making it safe for children to operate.

Our mom tester Sophie from London used this stroller with two daughters aged 5 and 10 months. She used it on bumpy, uneven and cobbled streets and found the pram pushchair 2 in 1 to be extremely smooth and easy to maneuver. She was delighted that the padded seats and footrests are ergonomically designed for comfort and the large shopping basket was practical. She also loved that the fabrics on the handlebars and hood could be washed in the washing machine. This is essential for busy parents.

4. Joovy Twin Roo+

A minimalist frame stroller, the Twin Roo+ offers car seat click-in compatibility and a huge storage bin. It’s among the lightest twin strollers on the market. It weighs 24 pounds without infant car seat attachments, which is light for a double stroller. It is a bit heavier than the UPPAbaby v2 double and the Thule Urban Glide 2 in 1 pram double.

The Roo+ comes with a quick-start guide and is easy to use. It snaps together easily and is road-ready within less than 10 minutes. It doesn’t come with a canopy built in and you’ll need to provide your own sunshades for your children in case they need additional protection from the elements.

During our testing, we found the Roo+ to maneuver well for a stroller that doubles as a stroller. It can navigate the majority of terrains with ease, although it has trouble going over muddy areas and gravel. It can be difficult to maneuver over and up curbs that are 1 inch high. We wouldn’t recommend using this stroller off-road or on stairs, however it does have a great suspension to limit bumps for the passengers.

While the Roo+ has a large under-seat storage compartment, it’s difficult to access without removing the infant car seats. This is a problem twin frame strollers commonly face, but Joovy has an baby carrier that fits under the seat to help solve this issue.

Unlike top-scoring strollers, the Roo+ doesn’t have a self-standing fold or cup holders. This is a small sacrifice for car seat compatibility and storage capabilities however we’d like to have more flexibility from our strollers. The flexibility of its seating configuration is a plus, though it allows parents to place their children’s infant car seats facing in opposite directions or in the same direction, to better suit their requirements.

5. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side

Delta Children LX Side by Side scored high in terms of weight and size folded. It is the best value double umbrella stroller in our review. It also scores well for maneuverability, which is an important attribute for parents looking for a stroller for travel that can fit into smaller spaces. The Delta is a basic stroller and does not have the features other strollers we have tested like a large storage basket or a wide recline. However, it’s a great option for families on a tight budget and for those who need a secondary stroller for occasional use, like going to the zoo for a day.

The LX Side by Side is a lightweight stroller that is easy to push and turn. Its compact frame, swivel wheels at the front and padded shoulder pad ensure a smooth ride. The multi-position reclining seats and cup holders for parents ensure that passengers are comfortable.

It also comes with a large canopy with a European style that provides shade from the sun as well as some protection against light winds. It also has two storage bags and an all-around harness with five points for security.

The Delta took less than three minutes to assemble it was the fastest time in our test group. The manual is fairly basic and doesn’t require any tools for assembly. It is one of the lighter products in our test group. It is able to fold flat, making it easy to lift and carry. In our Strollers & Multiples test, we rated the ease and smoothness which each item can be pushed and turned to open and close the safety harness and repositioned the brakes. opened and closed the storage basket, and even removed and put in an infant car seat.
