Modular seats are separate from the frame and can be altered to either face forward or backwards, based on whether your child is a parent or a child. They typically recline.

Our go(tm), inline(r), version of buggy 2 in 1 stroller and car seat-in-1 is perfect for new-borns straight out of the box. It offers infinite recline settings for nap time and a completely flat bed. The seat is cushioned and in the perfect position to evenly distribute weight and maintain a stable centre of gravity to allow you to bounce over any kerbs. It folds easily and can be tucked away into the boot of your car. If your children want to ride their way it can easily be converted to a smooth go ™ single.
Umbrella
There are a few 2 in 1 umbrella buggy options on the market. They tend to be lighter and smaller than the other models in our range when folded. Our favorite models are the Mountain Buggy Nano Duo and the Delta Children LX side by side. Both are sleek & stylish and have some of the best storage space. They also come with reclined seats and leg rests. But, they’re missing certain features that we believe are not essential for a stroller of this size.
3-Wheel
A 3-wheel buggy provides the best in manoeuvrability & performance when you are out on all terrain adventures – especially in offroad conditions. They’re typically larger than a full size buggy and have larger tyres as well, offering greater grip, handling and stability for those rough rides. They are often able to be able to turn at a moment’s notice and are incredibly easy to steer with one hand, while still being extremely light and agile.
A 3-wheel buggy is a great option right from birth (if using a car-seat adapter) or when your child is older and no longer needs to be in a seat. They are ideal for short trips out and about in town, or if you need something that can be able to handle more rough terrain you encounter on your walks.
They can be a little heavier than an umbrella buggie however this is often down to the fact that they have more features and are made for more abrasive use and will withstand a bit more abuse. They are often folded with the seat in place unlike umbrella buggies, making them an ideal choice when you have to take it down in a hurry or if you want your kids to nap at the beach or out and out and about.
Fabric slings are positioned in the frame instead of on top, as modulars are. This means a lower center of gravity and better weight distribution. This makes it easier to push and easier to pop the kerb (no need to use force to raise the nose over a small kerb). It also means that your child will have an easier ride.
